TeamSucceed Benefits Program

Vacation: Paid vacation is available to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. Full-time employees are eligible for one week accrued vacation per year. Those employed at the level of vice president or above are eligible for two weeks accrued vacation per year immediately upon joining
THE EXCALIBER GROUP® .

Personal Time: Eligible full-time employees receive three personal days per calendar year, for personal matters such as sick time, personal business, funerals, or any religious holiday not recognized as one of the company's holidays.

Summer Days: Eligible full-time employees hired prior to April 1st receive one additional day off (either a Monday or a Friday) to be used during the months of June, July, or August. This day is in addition to vacation and personal time offered to employees.

Winter Days: Eligible full-time employees hired prior to April 1st receive the last six days of December as additional time off. These six days are in addition to vacation and personal time offered to employees.

Medical Coverage: THE EXCALIBER GROUP®  offers two different medical plans through one of the best national healthcare carriers - a traditional PPO with your choice of doctors, and a Point of Service plan where lower costs can be realized by obtaining services within the carrier's network. Coverage is available for eligible full-time employees, their dependents, and domestic partners.

Dental Coverage: THE EXCALIBER GROUP®  offers dental coverage through Delta Dental, a leading provider of quality dental care. Dental coverage is provided in conjunction with medical coverage. Coverage is available for eligible full-time employees, their dependents, and domestic partners.

Vision Coverage: THE EXCALIBER GROUP®  offers vision coverage through Vision Service Plan, the nation's premier vision coverage provider. Vision coverage is provided in conjunction with medical coverage. Coverage is available for eligible full-time employees, their dependents, and domestic partners.

401(k): To prepare our employees for their retirement years,
THE EXCALIBER GROUP®  offers one of the best retirement plans in the industry - available to eligible full-time employees after completing twelve months of employment. Employees can contribute up to 15% of their pay on a pre-tax basis with a company match of 25% up to the first 3% of eligible base salary that is contributed towards the plan.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Eligible full-time employees can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for additional healthcare and dependent care expenses. THE EXCALIBER GROUP®  also offers a commute reimbursement program where eligible employees can set aside pre-tax dollars for mass transportation and parking expenses.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): THE EXCALIBER GROUP®  offers a confidential counseling and referral service to help eligible employees deal with life's challenges. The EAP is a free benefit to eligible employees, their household members and dependents. Employees can call the toll-free number anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week for assistance.

Life Insurance: Life insurance offers eligible full-time employees and their families important financial protection. THE EXCALIBER GROUP®  provides $50,000 of life insurance coverage at no cost to all eligible full-time employees. Eligible employees also have the option to purchase additional coverage at low group rates up to 3 times their annual base salary.

AD&D: THE EXCALIBER GROUP®  provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance protection in cases of serious injury or death resulting from an accident. This coverage is provided at no cost to eligible full-time employees.

Disability Insurance: Eligible full-time employees can purchase short-term and long-term disability coverage at low group rates, in addition to the base plans offered by THE EXCALIBER GROUP®
